We stand behind every Floatsup Cup. If your Floatsup drink holder becomes unusable, chewed, crushed, clawed, or destroyed, we’ll replace it. For life.

What’s Covered

  • Any Floatsup Cup that’s no longer usable due to damage
  • You must still have the cup (even if it’s mangled)
  • You must send us a photo of the damage
  • Bonus points if you tell us the story (we love a good bear tale)

What’s Not Covered

  • Lost cups (they float—go get ’em!)
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Cups not made by Floatsup

How to Claim Your Replacement

  • Snap a photo of your unusable Floatsup Cup
  • Email it to info@floatsup.com
  • Include your name, shipping address, and the story behind the carnage
  • We may ask you to send the cup back—for research purposes

What counts as “unusable”?

If it can’t hold a drink anymore, it’s toast. Cracked, punctured, melted, or mauled—we’ll take a look.

Do I need to send the cup back?

Potentially, yes. We're always improving our designs so your busted cup could us do that (we've yet to see one so it would be quite the specimen!).

What if I lost my cup?

Sorry, no dice. Our cups float for a reason. The warranty covers usability only.

Can I get a replacement if my dog chewed it?

Yep! But we hope you send us a picture of the cute dog too.

How long does the warranty last?

Forever. As long as you've got the cup (and we're in business), we've got your back.

Can I claim more than once?

If you're living a wild enough life to wreck multiple Floatsup Cups, we salute you. Just follow the same process each time. We look forward to the stories.

Do you offer a lifetime warranty on all Floatsup products?

At this time the warranty is only for the drink holders. The Floatsup Cup and the Floatsup Jumbo. If that changes, we will update the list here.
